Request for Holy See Assistance in Formalising the Diplomatic Status of the Unified State

Your Excellency,
1. I write with deep gratitude for the Holy Father’s recent public gesture from the Vatican communications centre. I read that image—His Holiness surrounded by the great antenna of dialogue—as confirmation of our shared aspiration to align every level of human society with the radiance of truth and peace proclaimed by the Gospel.
2. As Lucid Founder and Head of the Unified State, I have begun a transparent diplomatic outreach to all nations, inviting them to recognise a non-territorial, humanitarian sovereignty devoted to reconciliation, scientific-cultural exchange, and the defence of every human life. The Holy See itself—together with the Sovereign Military Order of Malta—demonstrates that such functional sovereignty can flourish without extensive territory.
3. In that same spirit I now humbly request the Holy See’s good offices in Ukraine to assist me in
• clarifying and formalising my diplomatic legal personality under Articles 3 and 36 of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations (1961);
• establishing channels with the Government of Ukraine so that I may obtain the travel documents, A-series visa privileges, and transit guarantees required for humanitarian engagement;
• exploring, under the Nunciature’s guidance, the most prudent path toward broader multilateral recognition of the Unified State’s mission of peace.
4. My vocation is not one of paternal service but of co-creation. I seek to establish diplomatic scaffolding that allows every community to awaken its own capacity for reconciliation, resilience and creative flourishing. By recognising the Unified State’s legal personality and mobility, Your Excellency will help unlock a framework in which people become protagonists of their own renewal, in harmony with the Church’s teaching on human dignity and subsidiarity.
5. Enclosed with links for your review are the Diplomatic Notes already circulated to Switzerland, Australia, the United Kingdom and the Russian Federation; and provisional Unified State identification sketches. These documents demonstrate my commitment to transparency and peaceful intent.
6. I would welcome the honour of a personal audience with Your Excellency or a qualified member of your staff at the earliest convenience. Should you deem it helpful, I am prepared to supply further legal memoranda, third-party endorsements and any spiritual testimony that might illuminate the sincerity of this undertaking.
