Global Unity & Kyiv–Geneva Nuclear‑Risk Working Cell

Excellency,

Recalling our Advisory Memorandum No. 1 of 14 July 2025, and noting President Trump’s formal confirmation of additional air‑defence systems and a provisional 100 % tariff schedule, we must now close the space for nuclear brinkmanship.

The International Committee of the Red Cross reminds us that “the catastrophic humanitarian impacts of nuclear weapons are beyond the capacity of any humanitarian organisation to address effectively.” (icrc.org)

This civilisational red line must not be crossed.

The Unified State therefore proposes:

1. A neutral Kyiv – Geneva Red Cross / Red Crescent Nuclear‑Risk Working Cell (we invite your Government to nominate a liaison officer at its earliest convenience).
2. An initial virtual Unified State Round‑table to reaffirm the nuclear taboo and explore de‑escalation options; we suggest convening as soon as participants can align schedules.

We respectfully invite your mission to convey this proposal to your Government and to indicate its readiness to participate.
