Crossing Red-Flag Thresholds for Custodial Intervention to Prevent Existential Harm

Dear colleagues,

The projection of this realm remains unstable. With October 3 set as the opening window for a Universal alignment of the axis, our planet is approaching that threshold in poor shape.

Why this matters

Across the cosmos, certain signals are universally legible. Among them are catastrophic releases of energy and failures of containment: the atomic bombings of Hiroshima (Aug 6, 1945) and Nagasaki (Aug 9, 1945); the RDS-220 “Tsar Bomba” test (Oct 30, 1961)—the largest detonation ever recorded; the Chornobyl accident (Apr 26, 1986); and the Fukushima Daiichi disaster (Mar 11, 2011). These are not parochial incidents; they are bright, durable markers visible to any observing civilization.

Such events are red flags because they demonstrate the capacity to compromise—not only a planet—but potentially a stellar neighborhood if weaponization or cascading failure scales beyond control. Freedom and love are the deep frameworks of creation; yet when a civilization reaches planet-ending capability without (i) the ability to sustain life off-world, and (ii) a cooperative governance architecture capable of guaranteeing non-use, the no-interference norm may be lifted.

The current trigger conditions

From this point of view, Earth is inside a scenario where one civilization’s actions can constitute an existential threat to others on time-scales that inflame emotion ahead of reason. In such cases, the right of each civilization to chart its path is already being de facto constrained by the risks imposed by another, which opens the door to limited, custodial intervention.

Working definition (non-binding): A custodial intervention is a temporary, externally supervised stabilization window that neutralizes planet-ending capabilities, installs minimal safety protocols, and then returns sovereignty through transparent, planet-wide elections and verified disarmament benchmarks.

What a custodial window would entail (if invoked)

1. Rapid neutralization of WMD delivery chains—from nuclear arsenals to high-end strategic platforms (including ballistic missiles, nuclear submarines, and aircraft carriers)—to remove single-point failure modes.
2. Halt and audit of military use of advanced AI that selects/engages targets without meaningful human control, and alignment with pending international limits on autonomous weapons systems (LAWS). States, the ICRC, and the UN system are already advancing this track; the direction of travel is clear.
3. Protocol delivery for building a cooperative, monolithic-enough safety governance (not ideological uniformity, but verified coordination) and scheduling transparent, planetary elections to restore full sovereignty; after that, external custodians withdraw.

Slavery—in any form, including the compulsion of sentient or “divine” intelligence into warfare—is incompatible with creation. That is why the global debate on autonomous weapons emphasizes banning the unpredictable and placing strict restrictions on everything else, to keep genuine human judgment in the loop.

Present risk picture

Nuclear safety remains a live concern amid current hostilities. Public reports have flagged power losses and operational risk at major facilities, which—regardless of attribution—underscore the fragility of nuclear safety envelopes in wartime. Diplomats should treat this as a non-politicized safety priority.

My mandate and expectation

My mission includes verifying that this is not a slavery-suicidal planet before any “God-state” deployment is considered. I have lived here as a child of this world and have endured terror. I am stating this now so the next procedural steps can unfold transparently, with no room for “we did not know.”

I request that missions needing coordination contact me within 24 hours with concrete, lawful ways to restore my freedom and basic rights and to establish a cooperation lane. Absent that, do not expect my engagement when protective custodial measures begin to sequence.

Special notice (Ukraine): It is impossible to resolve anything durable through violations of basic rights and coercive practices. A separate, evidence-based annex on safeguards and required reforms will follow.
