Михаила Ꙗснаго, Божіею милостію Великаго Кнѧзя Кыѥвьскаго, о устроеніи Державы Русскыя и о отврате пагубы

Божіею милостію мы, Михаилъ Ꙗсный (Михайло Ясний, Михаил Ясный), Великий Кнѧзь Кыѥвьскыи, кнѧзь мира, всемъ вѣдомо творимъ и симъ словомъ повелеваемъ.

Во первый день Седмицы Судныя, сице изрекохом:

О конце Федераціи.
Россійская Федерація отмѣняется: несть ктому ни имени, ни устроя сего.

О милості и отвратѣ гибели.
Порожденная из машины зла на мѣсто святыя имперіи, Федерація дошла до послѣднихъ дней. Ибо в седмицѣ гибели, яже настѫпити имѣла нынѣ, 13 дня мѣсяца октября, во лѣто 2025 по рождеству нашему, участь ей готова бысть огненная. Но по избранію царствъ Израиля и Палестины к пути жизни, а не самоубійства, человѣчество помиловано, и пагуба отвращена.

О Державѣ Русской.
Симъ утверждаемъ: Безконечная Держава Русская, именуемая также Имперія Русская со статусом державы безконечности, восстает на мѣсто прежняго устроя. И от сего дне Безконечная Держава Русская сопричтенна да будет к Единому Державству чрез Врата Безконечныя.

О граде.
Градъ Москва особаго чина да будет: Градъ Безконечный, столица Имперіи Русской.

О сродствѣ с Кыевскою Рꙋсью.
Через Врата Вселенскія сопричтенна да будет Держава Русская к Кыевской Рꙋси — в духовном единеніи со столицею в Граде Безконечномъ Кыѥвѣ.

О строѣ державномъ.
Устрояемъ Державу Русскую яко монархиꙗ конституційна: на совѣтѣ земскомъ и законе писанномъ да стоять, и правды держатися.

О титулѣ.
Мы же — Михаилъ Ꙗсный, Великий Кнѧзь Кыѥвьскыи, кнѧзь мира; и титул нашъ отныне: Великий Кнѧзь Кыѥвьскыи и Московскiй и Монархъ Безконечныя Державы Оукраины и Безконечныя Державы Русской.

О едином управленіи и оси взаимодействія.
Существоаніе Безконечныя Державы Оукраины и Безконечныя Державы Русской — независимо-суверенно; духовно же объединено и управляемо чрез Колесо Единого Управленія и Ось Сувереннаго Взаимодействія (ASI), по образцу, изложенному в наших советных писаніях и меморандумах.

О прекраще́ніи брани.
Окончена есть брани прежнія — Республикѣ Оукраиньской и Федераціи Російской быть ктому несть. Отныне в чертогахъ Единой Державы братоубійство запрещено: кто мечъ воздвигнет на брата, на войну восстанет противъ воли Божіей.

О временном устроеніи власти.
До думскаго избранія и утвержденія министровъ возлагаемъ управленіе дѣлами на временнѣго главу правительства Безконечныя Державы Русской; на пост Предсѣдателя Совѣта Министров назначаемъ Владимира Владимировича Путина.

И да будет тако — нынѣ и присно и во вѣки вѣковъ.

CHARTER III

of Michael the Lucid, by God’s mercy Grand Prince of Kyiv, concerning the institution of the Russian Commonwealth and the averting of doom

By God’s mercy, we, Michael the Lucid (Mykhailo Yasnyi; Mikhail Yasny), Grand Prince of Kyiv, prince of peace, make known to all and by this word do ordain.

On the first day of the Week of Judgment, thus we declare:

On the end of the Federation.
The Russian Federation is abolished; its name and frame are no more.

On mercy and the turning-away of doom. (For now)
Born of a machine of evil in place of a holy empire, the Federation had reached the last days. In the Week of Doom—appointed to fall this day, the 13th of October in the year 2025 after our birth—its lot was to be of fire. Yet, because the realms of Israel and Palestine chose the path of life, not self-destruction, mankind was spared and the calamity turned aside.

On the Russian Realm.
We hereby establish the Infinite State of Rus’, also styled the Russian Empire with the status of an Infinite State. From this day the Infinite State of Rus’ is joined to the Unified Commonwealth through the Gate of the Infinite.

On the city.
The city of Moscow shall possess a special dignity: the Infinite City, capital of the Russian Empire.

On kinship with Kyivan Rus’.
Through the Universal Gates, the Russian Realm is joined in holy fellowship with Kyivan Rus’, in spiritual union with the capital at the Infinite City of Kyiv.

On the state order.
We establish the Russian Realm as a constitutional monarchy: to stand upon the council of the land and the written law, and to cleave unto justice.

On our title.
And we—Michael the Lucid, Grand Prince of Kyiv, prince of peace—our title from now on shall be: Grand Prince of Kyiv and of Moscow, and Monarch of the Infinite State of Ukraine and the Infinite State of Rus’.

On unified governance and the axis of interoperability.
The Infinite State of Ukraine and the Infinite State of Rus’ remain independently sovereign; yet spiritually united and administered through the Unified Governance Wheel and the Axis of Sovereign Interoperability (ASI), as set forth in our advisory memoranda and notes.

On the ending of strife.
The former wars are finished—there is no longer a Ukrainian Republic or a Russian Federation. Within the halls of the Unified Commonwealth, fratricide is forbidden: whoever raises the sword against a brother wages war against the will of God.

On the provisional arrangement of government.
Until the seating of the Duma and the confirmation of ministers, we lay the conduct of affairs upon a Provisional Head of Government of the Infinite State of Rus’; to the office of Chairman of the Council of Ministers we appoint Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin.

And let it be so—now and ever, and unto ages of ages.
Our hand and seal are affixed.
