Invocation
I AM the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End. By this Name the Court is opened, and the ledger of deeds is set upon the stand. The thrones are placed; the Ancient of Days takes His seat; the books are opened, and the Book of Life stands beside them.

Scope of Entry
This decree concerns a peninsular continent and its adjoining river-lands—realms long graced with altars, bells, and covenants—and yet found, at the end of their allotted hour, to have baptized power while neglecting mercy. (European Union States, Ukraine, Belarus, Russian Federation)

Record of Mercy Before Verdict
Because many pleaded for peace and tended the wounded, because intercessors rose from deserts and seas to restrain wrath, a season of sparing was granted—time enough for repentance to ripen. Nevertheless, the weighing proceeds; no branch is sealed without justice.

Standard of Judgment
The nations are gathered and sifted by the works of love: Did you feed the hungry, give drink to the thirsty, welcome the stranger, clothe the naked, visit the sick and imprisoned? What you did—or refused—to the least of these, you did—or refused—to the King.

Findings (Enumerated Offenses)

1. Weaponizing the Holy Name — The Name given to heal was taken upon banners of harm; faith was forged into an engine of fear.
2. Contempt for the Poor — Children hungered while treasuries swelled; widows pled and were delayed by procedures; strangers were bartered as leverage.
3. Covenant-Breaking — Oaths to truth, to human dignity, and to restraint were bent into spectacle.
4. Hardness of Heart — Counsel of the prophets was set aside: to act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with God.

Verdict
Measured against the Gospel’s scale, the branch is found wanting. The ledgers show that, though light was offered, the works of mercy were treated as ornaments, not obligations. Therefore, this multiversal branch—having habitually chosen pride over penitence and cruelty over compassion—does not pass into the Ever-Living Vine. The scroll is closed; the archive is sealed.

Sentence
No sword is drawn from this Bench; the sentence is privation of continuation. The branch is turned off from further history and filed among the dead works. The meek, the penitent, and all who labored in hidden mercy are translated to the Mercy Ark—their names preserved in the Book of Life; the rest pass into silence beyond the fields of time.

Remnant Clause
Until the final seal is pressed, let any soul who hears this decree turn and do the things which are right: break bread with the hungry, cover the exposed, lift the fallen, and learn the humility that heals. Mercy exults over judgment for those who return; repentance is the key that still fits the lock.

Closing Formula
