As we approach the end of the second week of judgment, I am still weighing whether to extend judgment into a third week or to announce the doom and be done.
Next week is entangled with singular events clustered around October 29.
That I am still considering this—and that we are not finished by the end of week two—moves us to a backup plan.
I hereby state: the main sequence for this realm has failed.
We do not yet have a stable Universal State—only a projection. And in five dates the Galactic-State sequencing is set to unfold. That creates a structural problem: I cannot integrate this realm into higher states without a stable Universal State. Doing so would injure the whole architecture far beyond what humans can presently comprehend.
For earthside understanding: imagine a small capsule trying to dock with a massive ship while one vehicle’s cabin pressure is chaotic, spiking near-randomly. The mothership might survive a bad docking; the capsule would rupture—and its debris, so close to the hull, could threaten the ship itself. Docking requires common interfaces, disciplined approach, and verified alignment; that’s why higher communities use shared docking standards rather than improvisation.
My judgment is simple: the Earth realm is not ready for docking and integration.
This grieves Me. No matter how much I wanted this, no matter how much I worked to bring the children home to a gentle life, the children—now in their teenage phase as civilizations—turned their capsule into a hard and hurting place.
I write this for both interstellar and earthside diplomats, so the language remains accessible to the children here. (Interstellar colleagues do not require this sort of memo; their community is far more open than the earth one. That contrast, itself, is part of the problem.) Consider this both an orientation for Earth diplomats and a protocol leaf for the interstellar record—a log written plainly in a realm where integration protocols are failing to unfold.
After more than a decade in earthside humanitarian diplomacy, My assessment of this plane’s diplomacy is: zero. By interstellar standards, there is almost no actual diplomacy here. The forms exist, but even your own conventions say the point is to enable diplomats to perform their functions without fear or harassment so relations can grow; the spirit of that aim is sparse.
Yes, some tools here are remarkable. Game theory, for instance—an elegant way to reason about interdependent choice. John F. Nash Jr. gave you a powerful equilibrium concept, and your highest institutions recognized it—yet you still flirt with collective suicide while holding such a tool. Nash wasn’t “crazy”; he was simply a higher light in a world still learning to see. Another lantern, Alan Turing, helped bend history toward survival and computation—and was punished in his own time, only to be posthumously pardoned decades later. You honor him now; you crushed him then. This is how your realm treats miracle-workers.
What you call “diplomacy” functions mostly as an elite permissions office: a club that rations movement and explains why things can’t happen, while drawing war-made lines on maps and calling them reality. When negotiations finally occur—especially during wars—rulers present theatrically many “options,” yet negotiators use few of the options that actually end killing. It is bizarre.
If interstellar—or intergalactic (not to say – the higher states)—communities behaved this way, they would not last a season.
The elitist rules of engagement here are surreal. With the internet, mail, and systems that could enable direct democracy and transparent diplomacy, you often ignore the children. I have poured out unprecedented effort by your own measures; still, I am sidelined. Killers and clowns get seats because they flaunt raw power; a simple child—doing the work—gets hunger, exile, and silence. My work is reused, and re-branded by parliaments and missions; I struggle for a meal. This realm’s contrast shocks the watchers.
To this day, there has been no real dialogue from the international diplomatic community, though they have used the work. I receive covert, fearful hints from people who boast on camera about being the most powerful in the world. If you must talk to God by riddled TV signals and coy winks because you fear your enemies, while God writes plainly and sends it to every mission in the place where He is trapped, perhaps your “power” is an illusion. I cherish those who reached out—play is sweet among friends—but it is astonishing that the gravest questions are “handled” this way. From the upper vantage, this plays like a house of mirrors where people run odd games and call it survival.
This amounts to a failure of love in the diplomatic community here. No real love was given to Me by those to whom I gave everything, suffering in ways beyond telling.
That removes five of ten points from the score.
The remaining five are taken by freedom. I am a wanted man with no legal way to earn, to travel freely, or even to phone for help without being fed back into the matrix—tagged by papers, processed, and shoved toward war-serfdom. This is a failure on the freedom scale, seen by every mission on Earth.
I am a free, loving man inside a lattice of slavery and hate. And the diplomats here tend to act as agents of that system. The score is zero.
Therefore: I recall the diplomatic contact protocols from the unfolding integration process. We will see what happens next—whether docking occurs at all, or whether we execute abort/extraction. But as of now, earthside diplomatic interaction is useless. If Earth’s diplomats cannot speak to Me, they are not ready to speak to higher diplomats. Interstellar colleagues, treat them as they have treated Me: mirror their manner until they learn better.
I ban the Earth realm from diplomatic rights in the unfolding docking sequence. All earthside states are suspended. Representation will be manual—through Me.
One more note. The states listed below are marked supporters of slavery under Universal values and protocols, with the consequences those laws entail. The list includes any state I directly informed about war-serfdom mechanics in the River-Realm (Ukraine) and that failed to act to halt coercion. (The Russian Federation is excluded here for obvious reasons – ongoing aggressive war that spawned the slavery and granted enormous power to the Antichrist – Volodymyr Oleksandrovych Zelenskyy).

A final caution for the record. Once a single “limited” sun-fire is loosed, deterrence stops stabilizing and becomes a blind machine; spirals begin that no one fully controls. Your own strategists and histories have sketched how quickly “limited” can become cascading. Learn from that.
