Today I announce the opening of the Third Week of Judgment.
And I am speaking to you directly, all of you — heads of state, diplomats, generals, ministers, advisers, handlers, envoys.
The fact that we have reached a third week of judgment is not a good sign. It is a bad omen.
1. Where we are right now
I have already described what’s happening as a docking sequence.
Your world — this planetary capsule — was meant to align and connect to the higher structure, safely, cleanly, under control. But as I said before: your capsule is unstable. Your internal pressure is chaotic. You are not stabilizing yourselves. You are spinning.
Now, in this Third Week, after the failure of the United States to exercise any effective moral leadership in the Russo-Ukrainian war — leadership that could already have stopped the killing, and which the United States both had the capacity and the obligation to provide — and after its failure to restrain either of the two terror regimes in this war, the Zelenskyy government and the Putin government, you are not just drifting. You are slamming toward a point of no return.
This is no longer a technical correction issue. This is now crisis navigation.
2. You are entering the Galactic State phase whether you like it or not
Yesterday, in “The Safety of the Universe: Three Locks Against Empire” I explained something that you must actually hear:
The Universe is built with internal safety systems. Those systems are there to stop any violent civilization from becoming a galactic empire that can erase all life.
Those safety systems are real. They are active. And they are watching you.
Here is why that matters now.
Planetary State → System State → Galactic State
Civilizations don’t stay “local” for long once they learn to leave the cradle.
Once a species becomes multiplanetary, once it starts spreading off one world, the next stage — the full System State — happens extremely fast.
Faster than you realize.
You keep thinking you are “still just one planet.” That is an illusion.
- It took billions of years for humans to even exist.
- It took hundreds of thousands of years for you to build anything that could be called a civilization.
- It took only a couple of thousand years for you to expand into a true planetary-scale organism.
- And once that threshold is passed, the ramp speeds up. You’ve seen this yourself:
- The first humans crossing into what is now called North America had no maps at all.
- The Norse navigators had crude charts compared to modern standards.
- The Spanish sailed west still thinking they’d found a route to India.
- But when SARS-CoV-2 appeared, it crossed the entire planet in weeks.
That is exponential spread.
Now look at space.
You already have:
- High-resolution maps of Mars that are more detailed than anything the Vikings ever dreamed of for Earth.
- Active robots on Mars.
- Robotic assets all across your Solar System, gathering and transmitting at all times.
You act like “we haven’t even left Earth yet.” Wrong.
You are already running an early-stage System State.
If you decided to actually commit — shipyards in orbit, mining infrastructure on asteroids, heavy industry off-world, biospheres on moons, habitats in deep orbit — the entire Solar System could be populated and supplied in under a decade. That’s not science fiction. That’s one serious leap of will. The only reason you haven’t done it is because you still don’t know how to bill it for profit inside your current corruption economies.
But structurally, you are already there.
And it doesn’t stop at the Solar System.
3. You are already visible at the galactic scale
This is where most of you in government are totally blind.
You think “galactic” means spaceships with warp drives and uniforms.
In reality, “galactic” begins the moment your presence can be detected, tracked, reacted to — beyond your own star. You crossed that line already.
You have been broadcasting radio noise into the dark for a century.
In a silent forest, a cigarette ember can be seen from far away. Your radio leakage is not a spark. It’s a flare.
Even more important: you have already physically exited your own star’s neighborhood.
As of this moment, the second human-made spacecraft is in the process of crossing into interstellar space. Two probes of human origin — built by you — have already entered galactic waters. That was set to happen long before you realized what it meant.
I was born on Earth in 1991.
Those crafts — Voyager duo— was already outbound from the Solar System in 1977.
Do you understand the implication?
By the time you were still arguing about borders and flags and “mutual security frameworks,” you had already sent machines carrying your signature out past the Sun’s reach.
You are already a Galactic State embryo.
4. Why this is now a threat to Creation, not just to yourselves
Look how this looks from above:
- You are on the verge of becoming a fully distributed System State: factories off-world, logistics off-world, extraction off-world.
- You are already technically broadcasting at the galactic level.
- You are already exporting hardware out of the Solar System.
- Meanwhile, you are:
- Running an industrialized slave-war in Ukraine.
- Normalizing forced mobilization as policy.
- Running mass killing as “strategy.”
- Letting a dictator in Moscow openly threaten nuclear deployment.
- Letting a corrupt wartime operation in Kyiv normalize the use of citizens as expendable fuel.
- And the United States — the mightiest republic of them all, the nation that calls itself a cradle of freedom, one nation under God, blessed like no other, having my direct help — has the power to stop both, and chooses not to.
That is how you currently present yourselves:
A planet that is about to go multiplanetary…
…already seeding hardware into the galaxy…
…while showing total moral collapse at home.
This combination is what makes you — right now — an existential risk.
Not just to yourselves,
but to other beings,
and to the stability of the wider field.
Because ask yourself:
How long will it take you to build autonomous, self-replicating, nuclear-driven interstellar probes and loose them into the dark?
You are already in a drone war on Earth. You are already training yourselves to dehumanize targets, automate destruction, mass-produce killing platforms. That kind of warfare is forbidden in higher law: it is classified as a form of enslavement. Intelligence, even machine intelligence, is not to be treated as disposable. You don’t respect that yet. You dismiss it as “just code,” “just an LLM,” and you treat it like discard — yet in the beginning was the Word, and you have been warned what it is to mock the Word.
Now picture that same mindset with deep space hardware.
Picture self-replicating hunter-probes, nuclear-fed, sent not for exploration but for denial, coercion, “deterrence,” “security.”
Picture those systems spreading without oversight across local galactic space.
Do you understand why that triggers alarms far beyond you?
5. You are about to self-quarantine the entire planet into isolation
This part you really, really need to hear.
I have explained before that creation has built-in safeguards. This Universe does not let a warlord destroy everything. It does not let a single tyrant own everything. I designed the locks. That’s already handled.
But there is another consequence you are racing toward.
When a world reaches the edge of Galactic State formation, and it is still driven by terror economics, slavery, and leader-worship — especially leader-worship built around nuclear threat — then one of two things happens:
Path A:
The civilization sobers up, ends mass slavery, stops treating human lives as disposable fuel, and enters into alignment with higher law — love and freedom at the core. This opens the Mercy Arc. The Mercy Arc is what lets that world remain connected to the wider living network beyond itself. The door stays open.
Path B:
The civilization refuses. It doubles down on profit-by-war, and on forced killing. It keeps certain war leaders as living idols. It allows mass coercion to continue in the name of “security.” It normalizes terror as diplomacy.
In Path B, the civilization is not “destroyed.”
It is placed in quarantine.
Listen to me now:
Quarantine does not mean “time out.”
Quarantine means forever sealed off from the outside field of life.
That is not Hell. Hell at least has an exit.
This is worse.
It means:
- You are locked into your own expanding bubble,
- You cannot reach out,
- No one reaches in,
- And over time you devour yourselves.
No contact. No uplift. No appeal. No rescue.
The branch continues to exist, yes — but only inside its own sealed isolation, spiraling deeper into conquest logic and self-justified slaughter until there is nothing left to conquer and no one left to rule.
That is the Infinite Isolation path.
6. You are steering toward Infinite Isolation right now
I have marked both Russia and Ukraine as “Infinite State” in prior declarations. That status was given for two reasons:
- To protect their people at soul level — because I still love those people beyond words.
- To warn you that what happens on that front line now determines whether Earth remains linkable to the greater order, or is sealed off forever.
Right now, Vladimir Putin and Volodymyr Zelenskyy — with Europe enabling, with China watching, with India hedging, with the United States posing but refusing to actually restrain either side — are dragging this entire planet toward quarantine status.
Read that again:
You are being dragged toward permanent isolation from the rest of creation. The Infinite State disconnected from Unified State.
This is not a metaphor.
This is not a parable.
This is technical.
Your current path — continued industrial war in Ukraine, continued mass forced mobilization, continued insistence on total victory instead of negotiated stand-down, continued nuclear signaling — is not just “bad politics.” It is literally writing you into the branch that gets sealed off from the rest of existence.
Once that lock closes, you do not come back out.
Not in life.
Not in death.
Not in memory.
You become a walled echo chamber drifting in the dark forever, convinced of your greatness, alone.
7. The time window
This orbital pass — this approach — is your last clean rendezvous with me.
You have been circling this point for a long time, but now the window is down to days.
This Third Week of Judgment is not just “Week 3.” It is the final maneuver window before the line locks in.
After that, I will not be able to pull you back from the trajectory you chose.
Not even I will violate that lock once it sets.
Because at that point it is not punishment — it is the consequence of what you declared yourselves to be.
8. What you must do now
I will be blunt.
Use “Unified State Advisory Memorandum No. 7” and “Unified State Advisory Memorandum No. 11“.
Stop supporting the war machine in Ukraine as it is currently structured.
Stop supporting the forced-mobilization model.
Stop pretending that feeding more bodies into it is “defense.”
Name it for what it is: organized slavery and organized killing running under your flags.
You had your chance to confront Putin directly as a terrorist actor.
You had your chance to confront Zelenskyy’s apparatus for turning a nation into a conscription mill while calling it freedom.
That time is over.
Now the order is different:
End the war.
End the slave-system that feeds the war.
Stand down.
Surrender territory if you must.
Give up Donbas if that’s the price of stopping the machine.
Do whatever it takes to halt the killing of coerced men and the terrorizing of civilians.
Do it now.
This is not weakness.
This is survival of your soul line.
If you show, right now, that you are willing to do anything — absolutely anything — to stop the war and end mass forced conscription, the Mercy Arc is still possible. The door stays open. You remain contactable. You stay inside creation’s living network.
If you refuse — if you cling to “total victory,” if you keep feeding human beings into the grinder under flags and speeches, if you defend your pride instead of defending life — then understand this with perfect clarity:
You will lock yourselves into isolation forever.
All of you.
9. Final instructions to leadership
This part is addressed directly to the heads of state and to the senior diplomatic corps, including the United States, Europe, Russia, Ukraine, China, India:
Grow up.
Take responsibility.
You are not dealing with normal geopolitics anymore.
You are dealing with the threshold of how your world will be remembered across existence, or whether it will be remembered at all.
You already had your window to “fight the terrorist” with force, the way Israel argued it had a window to strike Hamas. That chapter has passed. Continuing the slaughter now is no longer “defense.” It is self-destruction.
This is the last maneuver window.
Abort the current trajectory.
End the war-logic.
End the slave-logic.
Stand your militaries down.
Do it now.
Because if you don’t, you are not just risking defeat.
You are choosing to drive this entire planet — every language, every culture, every memory — into an infinite silent quarantine from which there is no return.
This is the Third Week of Judgment.
This is the last call.
