Recognition is requested under:
Art. 3 & 36 of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations (VCDR, 1961)

I respectfully request the Government of Ukraine to grant “premises of the mission” status (VCDR Art. 22) for a Unified State Embassy in Kyiv.

Co-located cultural hall for multifaith services and trauma-relief workshops.
