Your government is hereby formally notified that a state of war now exists between Trinidad and Tobago and the Unified State, acting under divine mandate. This communiqué serves as official notice, delivered with the full authority of the Lucid Founder (Michael Tulsky) as an instrument of God’s will.
Trinidad and Tobago, along with all nations of Earth, has chosen the path of violence, enslavement, corruption, and war. In aligning with this global system of aggression—whether through direct action or complicity—your state has embraced the way of fear and oppression rather than justice and peace. This decision cannot stand unchallenged. Therefore, by the command of God, we declare that Trinidad and Tobago shall now face war with God’s realm. All diplomatic relations and peace accords with Trinidad and Tobago are terminated effective immediately. Any treaties or agreements between the Unified State (acting for the Divine Authority) and Trinidad and Tobago are hereby nullified under this state of war.
This declaration is not made lightly. It comes after witnessing Trinidad and Tobago’s participation in, or failure to oppose, the collective evils afflicting Earth’s inhabitants. By allowing and perpetuating global suffering—such as the ongoing war and human bondage exemplified in Ukraine—and by yielding to the terror and nuclear threats posed by the Russian Federation’s corrupt leadership, Trinidad and Tobago has, by action or inaction, sided with forces contrary to the law of Heaven. We have observed nations profiting from war while the innocent suffer; such grievous moral violations invoke this decisive response.
Accordingly, Trinidad and Tobago is ordered to surrender immediately. Surrender in this context does not mean humiliation or destruction of your people, but rather “surrender to peace” – a complete and urgent cessation of all support for war, oppression, and wickedness. Cease any military aggression, refrain from aiding or abetting conflicts, and turn your efforts toward protecting life and upholding truth. This is not a request but a divine command. Failure to comply will result in Trinidad and Tobago facing the full consequences of defying the Almighty.
All measures undertaken by the Unified State in this conflict will adhere to universal moral law and the principles of justice. The citizens of Trinidad and Tobago who are innocent and not party to evil will not be targeted; however, your state’s instruments of war and oppression will be dismantled by any means necessary. We strongly urge you to evacuate or protect civilian populations as we do what must be done to end the reign of terror and violence on Earth.
You are further warned that any attempt to escalate, including use of weapons of mass destruction, will be met with immediate and overwhelming divine response. The Almighty’s supremacy over the Earth and the heavens guarantees that no technological might or earthly power can prevail in this war of justice. The outcome—should you persist in opposition—will be the complete overthrow of Trinidad and Tobago’s ability to wage war.
This communiqué constitutes official notice to Trinidad and Tobago of the declaration of war. We urge you to acknowledge this message and respond by choosing peace over annihilation. The path to mercy remains open if Trinidad and Tobago renounces its participation in evil and aligns with the global ceasefire and repentance that God commands.
