Declaration for Peaceful Constitutional Transition in Ukraine

To the earth-realm diplomatic community, ministers of diplomatic affairs and defense

Due to the facts noted in the manifesto and the ongoing political crisis—and the failure of the international diplomatic community (mainly Switzerland, though several others as well) to help secure a peaceful transition of power in Ukraine without street actions—I hereby announce a series of peaceful street protests named “Zempeachment” (Zelensky + Impeachment. Земпічмент). They will take place in Kyiv and other cities across Ukraine, starting this Friday, November 14.

The demands supplement those set out in the “Manifesto to the International Community: Upholding Democracy and Justice in Ukraine.”
Demands are:

1. Effective impeachment of Volodymyr Zelenskyy via constitutional procedures, with the announcement of real elections.
2. Formation of a technocratic government of national trust for the transition period.
3. Upholding the anti-corruption fight.
4. Upholding human dignity in military service, demobilization, and mobilization.

I must add, from myself—I have made huge, unprecedented efforts in human history to make possible what is unfolding now without the collapse of the Ukrainian state and without triggering a world war that could have followed a civil war in Ukraine if a revolution had happened earlier.

What I am announcing is not a revolution—it is a series of street actions with the demand to uphold the Constitution and to chart a path back to democratic elections.

I cannot express how tragic this still is—the young Ukrainians will have to go into the streets amid a full-scale war—which is a risk to their lives, as the Russian Federation can launch drones and rockets, and the Ukrainian government can respond by dragging men into forced military service from the streets and pressing charges due to martial law. Yet there is no other way now. What is known to you about corruption in Ukraine is just the tip of the iceberg—the more information unfolds without real change, the more we will fall again into the prospect of civil war, with the fall of Ukraine and Europe, and a spiral into World War III.

I had to run ahead of time and heal the timeline—I have effectively declared war on all states in the world in order to craft a window of opportunity to seal peace. I have been building this momentum for a very long time, and this is the one and only way out of the Doom War for the whole planet.

I will lead the protest, and I take full responsibility now. I hope this will work, and that the silence will finally break and the evil will fall. This is the one and only chance. To all of you—do not waste it.
