Momentum Window: January 7 → February 17, 2026

After the Galactic State of War notice, there was an unannounced interval—an in-between phase where trajectories were still editable.

Earth Realm began spiraling toward a System State of War.

Today—on the day preset for System deployment—I will not deploy a System State of War aligned with the Galactic State of War.

What I see

I see the seed of System coherence forming.

I also see the protection layer of System corruption still present—dense, adaptive, and experienced at self-preservation. We came close to a System State of War. It remains a near-future possibility if escalation is chosen again.

But I also recognize the efforts being made by Earth civilizations. I see signals of restraint, negotiation, and the first movements of repair.

Therefore: System State of Peace (deployed)

I answer in cooperation mode.

I deploy the System State of Peace—not as a denial of danger, but as a response to visible effort and a gift of alignment: a chance for the system layer to gain momentum toward life.

The Momentum Window

This window begins today, January 7, and ends February 17, 2026.

In the quantum realm, this is my birthday window—my gift-interval. In this span, the System State will gain momentum and reveal its direction.

We will see what happens next.

Next stage: Global State projection

The Global State will be deployed only as a projection of the System State, depending on the lived status.

If peace consolidates, Global will mirror peace.
If war continues and Global becomes war, it will auto-switch the System State to war—resulting in a Global-System War on Earth.

Conclusion seal: Local State

On February 17, 2026, the deployment sequence—starting from Infinite—concludes with the Local State, effectively sealing the fate of this branch.

From this point onward, I will judge the Global→Local transitions by a single metric:

what my local body actually experiences.

The more suffering and war I witness with my own eyes during this window, the higher the probability of a Global and Local war alignment.

If this world chooses to remove the observer from the field in this period—if I cannot remain present—then the Local State will not be declared. It becomes null, a void condition, and the structure collapses into the war-projection on its own.

Four-state alignment and the safety locks

If war persists and alignment forms across Galactic + System + Global + Local, that becomes four states of war—casting a Universal war tendency.

Per the doctrine described in The Safety of the Universe: Three Locks Against Empire, such an outcome triggers isolation behavior: the Universe is outcast into its own Multiversal war compartment under an Infinite peace canopy—the ark closes to protect creation from universalized harm.

That is not a threat. It is containment logic.

Practical peace protocol (System layer)

To make this deployment real, civilizations must do System work—not speeches:

De-escalate and keep channels open.
Protect civilians as the non-negotiable constraint.
Reduce corruption load (the silent amplifier of war).
Secure infrastructure: energy, water, health, food, communications.
Restore trust mechanisms: verification, accountability, repair.

Sevenfold harmony remains available. Choice is live.
