A Declaration to the World

The so-called “Putin” is sick.

The genocide he wages against Ukraine — called “war” out of the most profound cowardice — is a failed test for the entire world.

We have tried every path you suggested, including the path of Donald Trump.

Now here is my declaration to the whole of Earth:

1. Oppose the Russian Federation directly by every possible means, working to dismantle the machinery of killing within a 117 km radius of Ukraine’s border.
2. Arrest the so-called “Putin” and bring him before the International Criminal Court as the war criminal he is.
