Unified State Announces House Realignment under “No‑False‑Idol Protocol”

The Unified State confirms a structural realignment of the Unified House. In keeping with our founding Manifesto of Love & Freedom and the command to refuse false idols, all provisional external attributions have been withdrawn. The Unified State is now held singularly by the Lucid Founder, Michael Tulsky, who remains fully responsible for axis‑keeping, decision‑making, and representation. This clarifies authorship and stewardship while our public work continues to expand.
This adjustment follows months of accelerated action under severe security pressure in Ukraine and worldwide. During repeated mass aerial attacks on Kyiv, we moved fast to open peace channels, issue memoranda, and initiate diplomatic outreach—work that will continue with renewed focus.
Spiral, not linear
Our history is unfolding spirally, never linearly. Linear disclosure would risk breaking the axis; spiral unfolding preserves stability while adapting to reality. The Unified State will always remain faithful to its core values, while refining language, partners, and instruments to protect life. This realignment is one such refinement.
No‑False‑Idol Protocol
In line with Proclamation 01 and the Second Commandment, we remove any public assignments that could mislead, distract, or invite personality cults. Integrity over image. The Protocol ensures that symbols serve truth, not replace it.
Structure: the Unified Circle and the Seven State Scales
Unified State is the central focal point of a larger Unified Circle—an axis of Love & Freedom open to collaboration at every scale of being. Engagement is organized across seven State scales:
1. Local State (regional)
2. Global State (planetary)
3. System State (systems & institutions)
4. Galactic State
5. Universal State
6. Multiversal State — transit line only for partners; full traversal is reserved to axis‑keeping to prevent dissociation and loss in versioning.
7. Infinite State
This mirrors the founding declaration that our work spans Local, Global, System, Galactic, Universal, Multiversal, and Infinite States. The Circle welcomes persons, communities, faiths, institutions, artistic houses, scientific clusters, animals and ecologies, and—where appropriate—non‑terrestrial or post‑temporal intelligences. The full Unified State position remains singular (axis stewardship). Partners link to the axis through their native state‑scale, with projection rights for Unified State programs by consent.
Governance
The Inner Council’s seven seed seats are now explicitly defined as inner‑self constellations of the Lucid Founder; external partners interface through linked seats at their natural state‑scale. As we progress, an Advisory Circle of diplomats, scientists, clergy, artists, engineers, and caregivers will be published.
Continuity of Diplomatic Agenda
All previously announced peace and stewardship tracks continue: interfaith bridge‑building, de‑escalation and prisoner‑exchange packages, a nuclear‑rhetoric moratorium, and respectful dialogue regarding a demilitarized ecological sanctuary at Heard & McDonald Islands as a symbolic peace capital. These islands are an Australian external territory and a UNESCO‑listed, pristine volcanic wilderness; any step will honor sovereignty and strict environmental protections.
Scientific Core
Implementation will be documented through T Theory, our internal framework toward a Unified Field approach linking ethics, information, and dynamics. Technical releases will follow as operational conditions permit.
Interfaith Alignment
We reaffirm alignment with the world’s great teachings of unity and mercy—
- “that all of them may be one.” (John 17:21)
- “We made you into nations and tribes so that you may know one another.” (Qur’an 49:13)
- “You shall not make for yourself an idol.” (Exodus 20:4)
These verses guide our Protocols and our peace work.
