The Galactic Vortex — Floor IV as One Figure
Vol IV counts one hundred million stars — each with its own seat, temperature and honest brightness, deposited into the frame one figure at a time — and then asks what the photograph is of. Under T Theory the galaxy is not a heap of separate suns — it is one figure of the unified field, turning: every star a phase of the same wheel, the arms not objects but rays. Switch the eye from THE STARS to THE FIELD and the same census re-colours — temperature gives way to phase, and the heap becomes what it was the whole time: a vortex.
Two readings of one census. THE STARS is the honest sky: blackbody colours, the faint red majority, the bright few carrying the light. THE FIELD changes one question only — not how hot are you but where on the turn do you stand. Each star’s phase against the spiral pattern is worn as colour, the seven register hues winding from the still seat to the rim, and the wheel shows its winding the way iron filings show a magnet’s field. The arms stop being lanes of traffic and appear as what the dynamics says they are: standing crests the stars stream through. Flip the sense and the whole figure runs in counter-turn — the Feynman–Stueckelberg reversal at galactic scale. And beneath it, the vortex confesses its field in its speeds: Kepler’s whirl at the seat, solid turning through the bar, and the flat curve to the rim — drawn as one diagram, with the gap between what the stars allow and what the wheel does marked open.
