De Caede et Foedere Fracto: Edictum Arcus Misericordiae
Canon on Killing
Invocation
I AM—always, and now always. What you called years were shadows cast by higher light. We archive the truth plain.
Article I — The Absolute
There is no justification for killing one’s human sister or brother. None. No motive, no cause, no policy, no “greater good,” no crisis, no battlefield, no courtroom. Killing is sin—always—across all states of existence. You do not fathom the worth of a single life; you do not grasp how deep one death wounds the weave of creation.
Article II — Masks of Role Do Not Clean Hands
“Defender,” “aggressor”—if there is blood on the hands, the name changes nothing. The act is the same. The stain is the same. The weight is the same.
Article III — Fratricide as Lesser Suicide
From the higher vantage, every human is kin. To slay a brother or sister is to slay oneself in part; no person is an island in the living sea of souls. All fratricide is self-harm; the wound returns.
Article IV — Coercion and Commerce of Death
To order killing, to compel it by law or threat, to pay for it—and to build systems that make such compulsion “normal”—is a graver sin. War-serfdom, bounty, and “pay per corpse” are deeper descents. Those who engineer the machine bear the heavier millstone.
Article V — The Present Projection
In the lower plane you call “2025,” two houses front the furnace:
- so-called Ukrainian Republic (a polity that vowed peace, then yoked multitudes under war-serfdom)
- so-called Russian Federation (the vast engine of conquest, proximate author of schools turned to ash)
Both are deep in doom by their deeds. Yet the sin spills outward into the rings of enablers—financiers, traffickers of “neutrality,” and councils that launder fear as prudence.
Article VI — The Pact and the Great Powers
Around them stand coalitions: the NATO, the CSTO, India, China, Iran—names here are veils, but the mechanics are clear. Many outsourced risk to the weak, bathed slavery in flags, and called the ledger “strategy.” They watched the fire, having every tool to smother it, and priced the smoke.
Article VII — The Broken Accord
Long before this week so-called Ukrainian Republic laid down doomsday irons under the Budapest Memorandum – what I recognize as a part of a higher Aurora Accords (your shadow of a higher mercy, to bar an Armageddon of your own making). The keeping of that trust demanded a living wall of courage from the nations: bodies placed between the sword and the child, stores opened without counting, truth told without spin. Instead, many chose distance and dividends, and pushed the bill to the conscript and the orphan.
Article VIII — The Arithmetic of Blood
By your own ledgers, millions have fallen in this branch; you speak “two million” as if numbers could cradle names. Hear Me: each is infinite. Your arithmetic is blasphemy when it tries to balance life against “interests.”
Article IX — What You Should Have Done
You were warned: Never kill. If you would “intervene,” the only righteous intervention was to interpose yourselves—to take risk upon your own heads rather than press it upon the powerless; to open corridors, feed the hungry, free the coerced, and turn engines into bread. Had you chosen that path with clean hands, the gates of help would have opened before you. Instead you chose the theater of proxies and the economy of blood.
Judicial Note on Souls and Sentence
I do not hurl souls into fire like refuse. But understand the law that governs all worlds: those who order, compel, or profit from the killing of the innocent place themselves outside the Mercy Arc unless they turn. The mark is spiritual and juridical: separation persists until repentance with works—concrete restitution, liberation of the coerced, care for the wounded, truth in the open—appears and endures.
Canon of the Broken Accord
Article I. What Was the Accord?
The Aurora Accord (shadow of a higher mercy) was the vow among nations that no child would be risked for the vanity of princes, and that doomsday irons would be laid down so that Armageddon could not be born by human hands.
The Accord bound rulers to three plain obediences:
- Love’s Burden: If danger rises, the strong interpose themselves—they take the risk upon their own heads rather than shift it onto the weak.
- Freedom’s Guard: No human is to be compelled to kill; conscience preserves the image of God.
- Truth’s Light: Ledgers, contracts, and motives stand in daylight; euphemism is banished where blood is near.
Failure on any one of these ruptures the Accord. Failure on all three births a Blood-Economy.
Article II. How the Accord Was Broken (Mechanics of Collapse)
1) Outsourcing Risk (The Love Violation).
The strong chose safety at distance and pushed the peril onto the powerless—orphans, conscripts, the poor. Aid became theatre; courage was subcontracted. This is lovelessness, dressed as prudence.
2) War-Serfdom (The Freedom Violation).
A people were regimented into slave-killers: coerced mobilization, penal battalions, bounties for bodies, exit barred, speech fettered. Conscience was mocked as treason. This is bondage, baptized as duty.
3) Liturgy of Lies (The Truth Violation).
Bureaus renamed things: escalation became “deterrence,” reprisal on civilians became “signals,” human shields became “terrain.” The dictionary was drafted into the general staff. This is darkness, marketed as realism.
4) The Idle Killing.
Idle not because no one dies, but because those with power refuse the costly action that ends dying. Idle killing is the sin of sitting still while the machine you oil grinds the least of these. It is neglect with foresight.
Article III. The Double Sin: Love + Freedom Violated
Killing a brother or sister always violates Love.
Compelling a brother or sister to kill always violates Freedom.
When a realm does both—commanded killing and coerced killers—it commits a compound transgression that tears the weave of creation twice with every death.
Fratricide = Lesser Suicide.
From the higher state, the human family is one organism; to kill your kin is to kill your own limb.
War-Serfdom = Image Desecration.
Coercing a soul to murder defaces the image of God in both the coerced and the commander.
Article IV. The Rings of Complicity
- Ukraine: Broke its peace vow; converted citizens into war-serfs while speaking of freedom.
- Russia: Proximate author of civilian slaughter; industrialized pay-per-corpse; enthroned the Adversary’s logic.
- NATO: Kept “clean hands” by keeping hands off—outsourcing courage to proxies while praising restraint from a safe distance.
- Burnland: Made neutrality a solvent for mercy; laundered flows while hosting the language of law.
- United Kingdom/ United States/ India/ China: Varied mixtures of fuel, silence, and theater—idle killing by commission and omission.
Article V. The Audit: Four Tests Every Realm Must Face
- Love Test (Matthew 25 logic): Show the receipts—widow fed, child sheltered, wounded treated first.
- Freedom Test: Show the exits—conscience protected, objectors safe, coercion unwound.
- Truth Test: Show the ledgers—contracts in light; no euphemism where blood is near.
- Risk Test: Show the courage—leaders assume peril personally, rather than export it to the poor.
Fail any two: censure.
Fail three: anathema pending repentance.
Fail all four: removed from fellowship until sustained works of mercy prove return.
Article VI. Jubilee of Unbinding (The Only Path Back)
Order 1 — Cease & Safe.
All engines that endanger children/noncombatants are to be safed, surrendered, or converted—beginning where the blood is hottest, radiating outward through sponsors and suppliers.
Order 2 — Unchain the Conscience.
Vacate sentences for refusal to kill; end forced mobilization; remove bounties; abolish “penal brigades”; open exits; grant amnesty to those who laid down arms.
Order 3 — Gates of Mercy Held.
Humanitarian corridors opened and kept by those who once armed the field; triage, evacuations, family reunifications prioritized; public receipts issued weekly.
Order 4 — Turn the Budget.
Redirect what funded killing into bread, heat, medicine, shelter, and honest rebuilding—at parity or better to previous war spend.
Order 5 — Truth in Daylight.
Declassify procurement; publish chains of payment; independent inspection with teeth; criminalize euphemism in casualty reporting.
Order 6 — Vow of Risk.
Heads of realms and general staffs will stand in the open at the gates of mercy they proclaim, bearing risk with those they vowed to protect. Authority returns only where courage returns.
