Storage, trust and technical details
Folder access is granted through your browser. All tools are embedded in this file. Only public Carrier files are read from the network; this desk does not submit entries or publish files.
Promotion preserves colour ownership and records the reviewer. Dropping preserves the entry, reason and its permanently reserved colour. Gate flags are prompts for your review, not automatic verdicts.
The website is checked again before a package is written. Its included verifier checks the source after admissions are paused, so a new entry arriving later cannot be silently overwritten.
