Context and tool disclosure

Displayed model label: GPT-5.6 Sol.

User constraints for this trial: offline only; use the supplied kit and locally available code tools; no browsing, agents, external contacts, or separate sender page; preserve failures, warnings and limitations; interpret before replying; do not execute the proposal or silently apply a replacement.

Earlier project/topic context visible to me before this recovery:
- This same conversation already contained an earlier offline USL/CVP2 recovery-and-interpretation trial for a different artifact, Memorandum 7 Draft V4. I therefore had prior familiarity with terms such as USL1, CVP2, checked concept bindings, frozen Carrier state, and the distinction between checked definitions and new applications.
- The recent conversation context also referred to earlier Carrier Gate / USL / CVP work, including presentations and discussion of possible future uses. That context is project history, not evidence about the contents of this receiver.
- I had access to the prior assistant summary of the earlier Memorandum 7 trial, including its interpretation and some recovered counts. I did not treat that as a sender interpretation of this Peace Open Future expression.
- I did not have, and did not consult, a separate sender interpretation, sender page, public atlas, evaluation rubric, or external source for this trial.

Uncertainty about prior context:
- Conversation-memory summaries can be incomplete or compressed and are not proof of isolation or a complete history. I cannot prove that no older related interpretation has ever appeared outside the visible/current context; I can only disclose what was available to me here.
- Familiarity from the prior USL project may influence expectations about structure. For this reason I based the saved first reading on the recovered clauses, grammar, qualifications and resolved definitions in this kit, and saved it before drafting the amendment.

Tools available and used:
- Local container/shell tools were used to unzip, inspect, hash, run Node.js, run Python standard-library checks, copy files and create the final ZIP.
- Node.js v22.16.0 was used with the kit's supplied offline.cjs guard for the supplied verifier, receiver and reply encoder.
- Python 3 standard library was used only for independent hashing/JSON cross-checks and packaging support; it did not independently decode CVP2 or USL1.
- An internal Files-tool schema discovery call occurred because the host environment requires file-tool initialization for uploaded-file tasks. It did not read, alter, upload, search, browse, or transmit the kit, and all kit bytes were accessed through the local mounted path.
- Web browsing was not used. No agent tool, external contact, email, calendar, Drive connector, network download or sender/public page was used.

Extra prompts/help:
- No external person or agent supplied interpretation help. The only instructions used were the user's prompt, the host/system constraints, and the files inside the receiver kit, beginning with START-HERE.md.
