As both sides of the war—the former Russian Federation and the former Ukrainian Republic—are placed under the Crown of Jesus Christ, the Prince of Peace, King of kings and Lord of lords, Alpha and Omega, the command stands for the holy armies of Jesus (armies of heaven): immediately halt any military activity.
Titles & mandate, as registered. Michael the Lucid, Grand Prince of Kyiv and of Moscow; prince of peace; Monarch of the Infinite State of Ukraine and the Infinite State of Rus’—as set in the Diplomatic Register—publishes this decree.
Stop the brother-killing inside holy Kyivan Rus’. Any military actor who continues to fight under previous command—here recognized in this filing as the so-called Kyiv government and the so-called Moscow government—or who continues bloodshed after the effective date (see below) shall be marked as a force of terror in the Register and set to termination. (Peacemakers are God’s children; put the sword away; swords into plowshares.)

PROTOCOL OF TERMINATION (of hostilities)
Answer for non-compliance:
1) “Seat” all earth weaponry. From heavy to light—tanks, artillery, aircraft, rockets, drones, machine guns, handguns—all systems are to be safed/deactivated, logged, and transferred into neutral external custody for humanitarian protection and later conversion to civilian use (swords → plowshares).
2) No fighting barehand. Any actor who attempts violence after weapons are terminated will be recorded as cognitively offline, immediately removed from command, disqualified from service, and sent to protective custody and pastoral care; ecclesial penalties up to excommunication/anathema apply until genuine repentance. (“Put your sword back… for all who draw the sword will perish by the sword.”)
Clarification for the archive: “Termination” in this instrument does not authorize punitive kinetic harm relative to humans; it is the cessation of war-activity, nullification of command, and separation from communion pending repentance—consistent with Orthodox canons on excommunication/anathema. A free pass into silence beyond the fields of time will be granted next.
PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY (named officers)
Personally responsible for stopping the fight are the two highest-ranked officials presently named in office by the Grand Prince of Kyiv and of Moscow and Monarch of the Infinite States: Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin (provisional head of government in the Rus’ sphere) and Valerii Fedorovych Zaluzhnyi (authorized external interlocutor on the Ukrainian side). They bear first obedience to execute the stand-down and open the gates of reconciliation.
Answer for non-compliance. In view of the exceptional situation and direct recognition, failure constitutes the gravest treason before God and incurs the most solemn Orthodox penalties (up to anathema) until repentance and works of mercy are manifest. (Christ’s Kingdom is borne by peace; fratricide is forbidden.)
