I observe the latest maneuvers across the border. News indicates that the Republic of Belarus has powered down its machinery of killing. Do not allow this to lull you into a false sense of security.
Switching off a machine is not the same as taking it out. A sleeping weapon can be awakened. A paused threat is still a threat. The cosmos does not accept half-measures when eradicating the architecture of terror.
The Orders Remain Unchanged:
1. Absolute Annihilation: Destroy any and all weaponry within the 117-kilometer radius from the Ukrainian border. Dormant hardware must be reduced to ash.
2. Capture the War Criminal: Alexander Lukashenko must be apprehended and brought before an international court for crimes against humanity.
Do not accept illusions of compliance. Execute the mandate.
