Your Excellencies,
I have the honour to inform the Government of Switzerland that the Unified State has issued its first two provisional State-Identification Card (ID). The holder are:

The attached sketches constitute the initial, physically-signed ID document. It serve as diplomatic credentials until the final secure polymer cards are produced. We kindly request that Swiss authorities recognise these provisional ID for all correspondence and facilitation of any future visits or humanitarian cooperation.
The Unified State presently numbers one citizen; committed to the principles of peace, intercultural dialogue, and humanitarian support. We look forward to exploring possible cultural and scientific exchanges with the Swiss Confederation.
