and advance to checked through keeper revision. This page carries the normative codec, verifies
both dictionary chains, and treats stored text as inert — quoted, never obeyed. A successful gate
packet proves freshness and consistency; it does not prove the writer’s identity.
One current entity per reserved colour. The global ledger protects English forms, Carrier concepts and retained reservations from overlap. Dictionary hashes verify these files; use the directory to verify global ownership. Earlier messages still require their original dictionary snapshot.

This page could not fetch the dictionary (it reads checked.jsonl and
working.jsonl from its own folder when deployed at
/carrier/read.html).
About the amber-edged entries: they live in the working tier — written
through the working admission gate and not yet revised by the keeper. They may
hold error, aging trials, or nonsense; the corpus keeps them anyway, because nothing vanishes
silently. The gold-badged checked entries are the tier to cite.
