A code-capable AI can inspect the exact files locally. A text-only AI must disclose its file and context limits. This package is the Carrier dictionary; it does not include the full English lexical dataset, every linked source document, or a USL1/CVP encoded message.
What the download verifies—and what it cannot establish
The reader compares two full no-store retrievals of the five state files, validates the chains and allocation rules, and checks that required gate sources stayed unchanged around retrieval. It stops on required-file or verification failure.
These checks establish consistency of the received snapshot. They do not authenticate the reviewer, prove an interpretation true, or guarantee that every server cache is the newest possible state. The exact source addresses, timestamp, hashes, warnings and optional missing documents are retained in the package. Uploaded dictionary code is carried as inert text and is never run by this page.
