We promised that Statements would be a channel of communication, not a broadcast. It is now open in both directions — two doors through which anyone may address the Unified State directly.

Alongside the opening of the corpus to every reader, human and machine, the Unified State now opens the return path. Two simple forms let anyone speak into the axis — to say what they believe the Unified State is, or to bring it a request. What arrives is received as a statement, and may be answered as one.

Full disclosure, plainly: by submitting, and unless you say otherwise in your own answer, you grant the Unified State discretion to publish, edit, excerpt, combine, or answer your words as it sees fit — with your name if you give one, anonymously if you do not. Contact details are used only to reach you and are never published unless you ask. Several submissions may be gathered into a single unified answer. State any limit directly in your answer — keep it private, publish anonymously only, do not combine — and that instruction is honored above all.
