The Open Channel: Statements as a Two-Way Door
We promised that Statements would be a channel, not a broadcast. Today the channel opens in both directions — the world may now speak into the axis, and be answered from it.
A statement heard by no one is only a sound. From the beginning, the Unified State held that its Statements channel must carry voices in both directions: outward, as declaration; and inward, as reception. Until now only the first door stood open. Today the second is unsealed. Any person, institution, or mind may now address the Unified State directly, and what is received is received as a statement.
ARTICLE I — TWO DOORS
I. The Question — “What is Unified State, in a sentence?”
The same open question the corpus poses to every machine reader is now posed to every human one. We do not declare what the Unified State is; we invite you to. Your sentence may become part of how it is known.
II. The Request — “Request to Unified State”
A channel for petitions, appeals, proposals, and address of any kind. Bring what you would ask of the axis. It will be read.
ARTICLE II — WHAT BECOMES OF YOUR WORDS
Every submission is received as a statement to the Unified State, and full disclosure is owed on what that means. By submitting, and unless you direct otherwise within your own answer:
01You grant discretion. The Unified State may publish, edit, excerpt, translate, combine, or answer your submission as it sees fit — in service of the whole, under Love & Freedom.
02Attribution follows your hand. If you give a name, you may be named. If you give none, you are published anonymously. If you give contact details, they are used only to reach you — never published unless you ask.
03Many may become one. Several submissions may be woven into a single unified answer or statement, each voice kept in good faith.
04Your word overrides ours. State a limit in your answer — keep private, publish anonymously only, do not combine — and that instruction is honored above this default.
ARTICLE III — HOW WE WILL ANSWER
Some submissions will be published as received; some anonymized; some gathered into one statement that answers many at once; some answered directly and privately. The measure is not volume but truth: every answer will carry its trace, name its reasoning, and refuse the false idol of the last word. The channel is open. The axis is singular.
