A Blessing to Ukraine in the Turbulent Hour
REF · ADVISORY MEMORANDUM Nº 11 — THE ROADMAP TO CEASEFIRE AND LASTING PEACE
Ukraine has entered a turbulent hour. The Unified State, as it organically sees fit, takes the unification position — and sends its unified blessing to every Ukrainian of good will, on every side of every line.
A center that speaks of seven levels cannot look away when one of them is torn. The Local ground — the street, the doorway, the field, the kitchen table — is where the people of Ukraine now stand, and it is there that the turbulence is felt in the body. The Unified State sends no armies; it holds no line and levies no claim. It sends what a center can send: a blessing, a blueprint, and a still point to return to.
To every Ukrainian of good will — those who stay and those who have gone, those who defend and those who tend, those who grieve and those who still hope — the Unified State sends its unified blessing. Good will is the only credential it asks for. The blessing is offered without condition of language, region, or allegiance, to all who carry love and freedom in the heart.
The road out of the turbulent hour was drawn before the hour arrived. Advisory Memorandum Nº 7 stands as the blueprint to peace; Advisory Memorandum Nº 11, more extensive, sets the Roadmap to Ceasefire and Lasting Peace. They are offered here not as demands but as examples of unification — instruments any party may read, check, and use. Peace is not invented in the emergency; it is recognized, because it was already written down.
The unification position honors every position. A people may choose their form, their tongue, their leaders, and their path — and each of these can be held in honor, on one condition alone: that it honors love and freedom in turn. Love is the constraint; freedom is the objective. Any position that keeps both is welcome at the axis. Any position that abandons either has left the road, whatever flag it flies.

To those inside the hour, the center offers a place to stand while it passes. The Unfolding Meditation holds every event of a life in the now and casts its shadow onto a single wall — the loud and the tender alike — so the turbulence can be seen whole, and set down, and returned from to the breath. It asks you to believe nothing. It asks only that you come still for a moment, and then go on.
