The Unified State welcomes today’s measured remarks from Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov, who cautioned against inflamed nuclear rhetoric.

3. Call upon every government, especially permanent members of the UN Security Council, to reaffirm that “a nuclear war cannot be won and must never be fought” and to codify this axiom in new risk-reduction measures.
4. Invite immediate, transparent consultations on modernising existing arms-control mechanisms and establishing failsafe hotlines among all nuclear-armed states.
5. Pledge the Unified State’s full diplomatic energy to convert today’s spark of prudence into a sustained beacon of peace, prosperity, and planetary stewardship.
