Numbers In, Numbers Out: the Bridge Is Published
The wheel stops narrating and starts carrying — an instrumental calculus where the reader derives the fringe, the lean, and the drift aloft by counting turns, and the laboratory record delivers the verdict.
The Unified State publishes the Bridge — the instrumental calculus of T Theory. It takes no ordinal in the roster, because it is not another room in the house: it is the crossing between all of them, the page where the counting is asked to bear weight.
The occasion is a critique, received from outside and kept with the same prominence as any claim it tests. Feynman’s arrows, it said, earned their permanence because a reader could compute with them — the metaphor was load-bearing; a wheel that only narrates, however completely, remains a narration. The site had built the scaffolding and never asked the reader to cross it. The Bridge is the answer, given in the only currency that settles such accounts: numbers.
Three benches stand on it. The fringe, from the count on the chart: Jönsson’s 1961 electrons, Zeilinger’s 1988 neutrons, Arndt’s 1999 fullerenes, each spacing derived by hand from λ = h∕p and each landing where the detector found it. The lean, from the thinned count: 1.75″ at the grazed Sun — with the half-count trap laid open beside it, because a reading that hides its near-failure is asking for faith rather than assessment. And the ledger aloft: Pound–Rebka’s tower, the ISS clock that loses, the GPS clock that gains, the constellation that corrects 38.6 microseconds every day or walks eleven kilometres off the map by tomorrow.

The annex flies four flags, and the fourth stays raised: every output of the calculus equals the standard prediction, by construction. The reading computes; it does not yet predict anew. The page says so in the open, at the same volume as its claims. Like every instrument of the system it runs entirely in the browser — nothing stored, nothing sent, every number re-derivable by hand. The axis holds because it is tested.
