A richer language.
An inspectable reading.
A definition, a passage used to support it, and a reading composed with it are different things. The atlas keeps those differences visible.
What changed
Fifty retained editions contributed 693 new definitions, promoted through the saved Keeper review package. This takes the pinned checked dictionary from 1,477 to 2,170 entries. The founder reports that this release is online; this public edition verifies the saved package rather than claiming a fresh independent website retrieval.
The 144 new source applications of earlier definitions, two cross-book applications of shared additions, and fifty book readings remain AI-authored proposals. Checking a definition does not automatically approve an application, a historical claim, or an interpretation.
What was read
The working record names 3,892 inspected source blocks across fifty editions. The complete source index contains 76,404 blocks. Indexing is not reading, and selected reading is not exhaustive understanding.
Each book has a coverage ledger, omissions, and alternative organizing emphases. Forty-seven originals are text files; two are HTML archives and one is a PDF. For those three, reading text is a derivative: the retained original remains necessary for diagrams, equations and layout.
How the concepts were made
Begin with expression: what should another reader be able to distinguish, connect, or question? Compare those needs with existing Carrier definitions. Reuse where the meaning fits. Where it does not, propose a new definition with evidence, relations, qualifications and a reason to add it.
Codex coordinated parallel drafting and peer checks within the same AI workflow, followed by the founder’s Keeper review. Those checks examined useful distinctions and possible overlap; they were not independent model replications or a proof that every duplicate had been eliminated.
Shared meanings, distinct arguments
The Tao Teh King and the Dhammapada now share a self-conquest distinction while retaining separate passages and interpretations. Ricardo and Henry George share the differential-rent relation; George’s further conclusions remain his argument.
These two consolidations show what growth can mean: another book may give an existing distinction a new setting, limitation, or counterpoint. Adding a separate definition is not the only useful outcome.
Priority is a reading order, not a score of literary worth
This batch follows ranks 11–60 of the frozen 1,000-ID Gutenberg portfolio. The queue spans twenty domains, with fifty IDs per domain. All of its first hundred places were editorial nominations; later places also use catalogue metadata screening. The domain order deliberately spreads the reading across fields.
The larger selection contains 134 editorial nominations and 866 metadata-screened records. Its keyword and catalogue-class heuristic helps schedule investigation. It does not measure truth, literary merit, demonstrated concept yield, or depth of understanding. A record can contain a collection or component rather than one independently established work.
The first-attribution cap is three records; it does not count all coauthors or translators. English-language access, translations, retained editions, historical publishing and the archive’s coverage shape the results. Every book’s “Coverage & limits” view includes its inherited rationale. Acquisition labels in source manifests are historical intake records, not the later inspected-block ledger.

What verification does—and what it leaves open
The source audit checked retained-file hashes and all 76,404 indexed byte spans. The public bindings match the saved reviewed definitions, IDs, relations and colour allocations. Preserved warnings include earlier reuse of working IDs w3–w9; current selected additions resolve through their checked IDs and pinned head.
These checks establish agreement with specified records and bytes. They do not certify a book’s claims, exhaust its possible readings, measure conceptual depth or prove equal understanding between AI systems. No external USL/CVP transmission experiment was run for this fifty-book batch.
Historical science, medicine and social theory remain attributed to the source. Fictional examples do not establish universal psychological laws. This atlas carries selected readings, evidence and relations; it does not reconstruct every word of the books.
Enough context to question the reading
Click a source reference for the retained block and its nearby context. Use “Coverage & limits” to identify gaps. Follow “Open retained source” when the question depends on material beyond those selections. A source block is an edition-specific layout unit, not a certified semantic paragraph.

With the assumptions visible.
The first ten books added 327 definitions: 32.7 per book. These fifty added 693: 13.86 per book. Together the sixty contributed 1,020 additions, averaging 17 per book. Different selections, overlap and reading depth make those averages descriptions of these batches, not fixed production rates.
From the pinned total of 2,170, another 7,830 net checked additions would reach 10,000. Repeating this batch’s yield would mean about 565 more books. Using the combined sixty-book average instead gives 461. Both are arithmetic scenarios, not forecasts or promised quotas.
A later book can deepen the language by changing how an existing concept is used, exposing a limit, or preserving a disagreement. A smaller addition count can coexist with useful enrichment. Read the findings and growth analysis · Download the figures.
