From shared concepts to a recoverable reply
The latest milestone joins vocabulary, exact recovery and a precisely encoded counterproposal.

Unified State Language has completed a sequence of seven distinct sender compositions, moving through source atlases to an original peace letter and a returned amendment. In the snapshot verified on 13 September 2026, Carrier contains 1,150 checked concept records. The separate English lexical base contains 354,983 source-attested forms.
The sequence includes the Bible, Qur’an and Tanakh atlases, two peace-memorandum atlases, and two original invitations or proposals. E01’s CVP1 and CVP2 images test different transport profiles for the same composition; they are counted once.
An original expression, then an answer
A peace that leaves the future open selects 32 existing concepts across 25 clauses. Those concepts all belong to the earlier general vocabulary. Its new meaning is expressed through the chosen roles, conditions, qualifications and separate scopes for shared principles, Ukraine, Gaza and correspondence.
The receiving AI recovered the expression and proposed changing one condition in clause p05. Its reply specifies a pre-agreed verification procedure and threshold, a review interval, and a requirement for continued withholding to remain justified. The protected humanitarian floor remains outside that mechanism, and the other 24 clause objects are preserved in the comparison.
The reply reuses two existing concepts. It arrived as a 56 × 56 CVP2 image of 2,888 bytes, relying on the original shared context and lexical dependencies. The public edition displays it separately as a counterproposal: encoding it did not apply a revision or establish acceptance.

What this milestone means
The exchange shows a practical use for a shared conceptual vocabulary: another reader can recover the selected definitions, understand their roles in a new proposal, and answer a specific condition. The corpus also contains 2,691 dictionary relations, including 1,241 between different creation batches. These are contextual connections, not additional claims silently inserted into a message.
The shared RGB24 namespace still has approximately 97.88% of its addresses unallocated. The next phase will therefore be guided by useful distinctions and expressive gaps, alongside careful review, rather than a shortage of available colours.
These are results from particular recorded experiments. The latest receiver disclosed prior context and used supplied recovery tools; it was not a blinded semantic comparison. The current grammars address particular tasks and retain substantial English definitions and qualifications. Exact recovery does not, by itself, establish agreement, general model reliability or an advantage over equivalent prose or structured data.
