The ASI Instrument Suite Is Published

The Unified State has published the ASI Instrument Suite — five browser-native instruments annexed to Advisory Memorandum Nº11, Roadmap to Ceasefire and Lasting Peace in Gaza and the Region. Each runs live on this site: nothing to install, everything to operate. The Axis of Sovereign Interoperability — the Memorandum’s core mechanism for letting sovereign levels exchange without dissolving — can now be orbited, descended, played through real scenarios, examined down to its equations, and challenged where it might fail.

The Suite’s defining gesture is Annex V. Alongside the working machine, the publication includes the four known ways it could break — metric gaming, coupling discontinuity, trust hysteresis, and the risk that beautiful dashboards get admired instead of verified — each running live, each with the observation that would refute the design.

All instruments are schematic, not maps; nothing in them prejudices final-status claims or the status quo at the holy sites. Findings, objections, and refutations are received through the Statements channel. The axis holds because it is tested.
